  Spicy Chicken Ramen Bowl with Creamy Sauce 


Ingredients


For the Chicken:


2 boneless chicken thighs or breasts


2 tbsp soy sauce


1 tbsp honey


1 tbsp chili paste (e.g., gochujang or sambal oelek)


1 tsp garlic powder


1 tsp smoked paprika


1 tbsp olive oil



For the Creamy Sauce:


1/2 cup mayonnaise


2 tbsp chili paste (adjust to taste)


1 tbsp soy sauce


1 garlic clove, minced


1/2 tsp lemon juice


Water (to adjust consistency)



For the Noodles:


2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)


1 tbsp sesame oil


1 tsp soy sauce


1/2 tsp garlic powder


1/4 tsp chili flakes



For Garnish:


2 green onions, sliced


Optional: Sesame seeds or additional chili flakes


Instructions:


1. Marinate and Cook the Chicken


1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, chili paste, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.



2. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.



3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.



4. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until caramelized and fully cooked.



5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.




2. Prepare the Creamy Sauce


1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, chili paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice.


2. Add water a little at a time to achieve your desired sauce consistency.



3. Cook the Noodles


1. Boil the ramen noodles as per the package instructions.


2. Drain and toss with sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and chili flakes for flavor.



4 . Assemble the Bowl


1. Place the seasoned noodles in a bowl.



2. Arrange the caramelized chicken slices on top.



3. Drizzle generously with the creamy chili sauce.



5. Garnish and Serve


1. Add sliced green onions and sesame seeds as garnish.



2. Sprinkle additional chili flakes for extra heat, if desired.



3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
