Philly Steak Cheese Fries Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb steak (thinly sliced)
1 tsp garlic salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
8-10 slices White American cheese
20 oz McCain Quick Cook Waffle Cut Fries (or your favorite fries)
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Cook Steak: Sauté steak in olive oil with garlic salt and black pepper until browned; set aside.
3. Sauté Vegetables: Cook bell pepper and onion in the skillet with reserved liquid until tender; set aside.
4. Layer Fries: In an oven-safe skillet or baking dish, layer fries, cheese, steak, and veggies, finishing with cheese on top.
5. Bake: In the oven for 8-10 minutes, until cheese melts and bubbles.
6. Serve: Enjoy hot!
