Luxurious Baked Stuffed Lobster Tail Delight

Ingredients:

For the Lobster Tails:

4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Stuffing:

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup cooked crabmeat or shrimp (optional)

3 tablespoons butter, melted

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

For Garnish:

Lemon wedges

Fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pry the shell apart and lift the lobster meat out, resting it on top of the shell.

Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2. Season the Lobster Tails:

Brush the lobster meat with melted butter.

Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for a perfect balance of flavor. Set aside while you prepare the stuffing.

3. Make the Stuffing:

In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, crabmeat (if using), melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Mix until the texture resembles damp sand, ensuring the ingredients are well incorporated.

4. Stuff the Lobster Tails:

Spoon the stuffing mixture generously onto the lobster meat, pressing lightly to ensure it adheres. Be sure to mound the stuffing slightly for an abundant, luxurious look.

5. Bake the Lobster Tails:

Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and the stuffing is golden brown and crispy on top. For best results, avoid overcooking as lobster meat can become tough if left too long in the oven.

6. Garnish and Serve:

Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a burst of citrusy freshness.

Tips for the Perfect Lobster Tail Delight:

Cleaning the Lobster: Ensure the lobster meat is properly cleaned. Remove any remaining shell fragments and veins before cooking for a cleaner presentation and better texture.

Avoid Overcooking: Monitor the lobster closely while baking. The lobster should be tender and opaque when done but still moist.

Wine Pairing: Pair with a crisp white wine, such as Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc, or a sparkling water with lemon to complement the richness of the lobster and stuffing.
