Ingredients:


1 gallon half-and-half


1 ½ cups sugar


½ cup light corn syrup


1 tbsp vanilla extract


½ tsp salt


1 cup semisweet chocolate chips


1 cup chopped peanut butter cups


Directions:


1. Prepare the Ice Cream Base: In a large bowl, whisk together the half-and-half, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until sugar dissolves.


2. Churn the Ice Cream: Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 25-30 minutes, or until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.


3. Add the Mix-Ins: When nearly frozen, stir in the chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups. Let the machine churn for 2-3 more minutes to evenly distribute the add-ins.


4. Freeze: Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours to firm up.
