This delicious fusion combines the best of both worlds—juicy burger flavors with pizza goodness. Perfect for sharing at a party or indulging on a cheat day, this oversized creation will surely satisfy all your cravings!


Ingredients:


For the Crust:


1 large pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)


1 tablespoon olive oil


For the Toppings:


1/2 cup pizza sauce


1 lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper


1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend


6-8 slices of cooked bacon


1/2 cup dill pickle slices (optional)


1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)


For Garnish:


Ketchup and mustard drizzle


Sesame seeds (optional, for an authentic burger feel)


Instructions:


1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.


2. Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large circle, around 12-14 inches in diameter. Brush the edges with olive oil for a golden, crispy crust.


3. Assemble the Pizza: Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef on top, then cover with the shredded cheese blend.


4. Add Bacon and Optional Toppings: Arrange the cooked bacon slices over the pizza. If you’re adding extra flavor, scatter the dill pickle slices and thinly sliced red onions on top.


5. Bake the Giant Burger-Pizza: Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
