  Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Rice


Ingredients:


For the Shrimp:


1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined


1 tablespoon olive oil


1 teaspoon garlic powder


1/2 teaspoon onion powder


1/4 teaspoon salt


1/8 teaspoon black pepper



For the Rice:


1 cup cooked rice



For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:


1/4 cup mayonnaise


2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


1 clove garlic, minced


1 tablespoon lemon juice


1/4 teaspoon salt


1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions:


1. Cook the Shrimp: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.


2. Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.


3. Assemble the Rice: Place the cooked rice in a bowl. Top with the cooked shrimp and drizzle with the garlic Parmesan sauce.
