 Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll

 

 

Ingredinents: 

1 pizza dough 


1/2 cup marinara sauce 


1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 


100g pepperoni slices 


1/4 cup sliced ham (optional) 


1 tsp dried oregano 


Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) 



2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle , making sure it’s even in thickness.



3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch from the edges. Then, layer with pepperoni, ham (if using), and mozzarella cheese .



4. Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape, making sure the filling stays inside. Pinch the edges to seal it shut.



5. Place the roll on a baking sheet, and sprinkle the top with extra mozzarella cheese and oregano. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.



6. Slice and serve warm!  Enjoy your cheesy, pepperoni-filled delight!
