 Cheesy Garlic Butter Potatoes 


Ingredients:


1 kg (2 lbs) potatoes, peeled and cubed 


3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 


3 cloves garlic, minced 


1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 


1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 


1/2 tsp dried oregano 


1/2 tsp paprika 


Salt and black pepper to taste 


Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 


Instructions:


1. Preheat Oven:


Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).


2. Prepare Potatoes:


Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water for 8-10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.


3. Mix Seasoning:


In a large bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.


4. Coat Potatoes:


Add the boiled potatoes to the butter mixture. Toss until fully coated.


5. Assemble the Dish:


Place the potatoes in a baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.


6. Bake:


Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.


7. Garnish and Serve:


Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
