1 kg (2 lbs) potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Prepare Potatoes:
Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water for 8-10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
