Peach Cobbler Nachos

 Peach Cobbler Nachos

Ingredients:

1 bag of cinnamon sugar tortilla chips (or make your own)

2-3 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

1 cup whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (for topping)

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for added crunch)

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Peaches: In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced peaches and sauté for about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the peaches are soft and caramelized.

2. Make the Nachos: Arrange a layer of cinnamon sugar tortilla chips on a serving plate. You can either buy pre-made cinnamon sugar chips or make your own by baking regular tortilla chips with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar.

3. Assemble: Spoon the warm caramelized peaches over the chips, making sure to spread them evenly. Add some of the juice from the skillet for extra flavor.

4. Toppings: Top with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. For extra crunch, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top, and garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.

5. Serve: Enjoy immediately while the chips are crunchy, and the peaches are warm.
