 Mixed Grill Feast with Crispy Fries 

  Ingredients:

  • For the Grilled Meats:

    • Chicken cubes, lamb chops, beef steak,

    •  sausages (or any preferred mix)
    • Marinade (garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, herbs, spices)
  • For the Fries:

    • Potatoes (cut into fries)
    • Vegetable oil (for frying or baking)
    • Salt, pepper, and optional spices (paprika, garlic powder)
  • For the Dipping Sauce:

    • Mayonnaise
    • Ketchup
    • Paprika
    • Lemon juice
    • Hot sauce (optional)

  Instructions:

Grilled Meats:

  1. Marinate the chicken and other meats in your choice of marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Grill the chicken cubes (and other meats) for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden and cooked through.

For the Fries:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or prepare a deep fryer.
  2. Toss potato fries in vegetable oil and arrange them on a baking sheet if baking.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden. Alternatively, deep fry them until crispy and drain on paper towels.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and optional spices immediately after cooking.

Dipping Sauce:

  1. Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a bowl. Mix until smooth.

To Serve:

  1. Arrange the grilled meats and crispy fries on a platter.
  2. Serve with the dipping sauce and garnish with fresh cucumber slices or lemon wedges for a refreshing contrast.
