Chocolate cake in a blender
Ingredients:
2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)
2 cups of sugar (400 grams)
1 cup of pure chocolate/cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of royal yeast or baking powder
3 eggs
4 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of warm milk
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and butter and flour a mold with butter and flour. This is the first thing to do since the chocolate cake in a blender is very easy and quick to make and it is preferable that the oven heats up and we have the mold ready.
-We take the blender and put the eggs, melted butter, sugar, milk so that everything dissolves a little and then add the cocoa powder. Mix a little until the mixture is homogeneous to continue the preparation.
-Then add the flour and beat until completely integrated. From time to time we clean the edges so that the flour that sticks to them comes off and mixes well with all the chocolate cake dough in the blender.
-At this point and not before adding the yeast and mixing the mixture a little more, just so that it is well distributed everywhere.
-Let's pour the chocolate cake mixture into a blender in the mold that we have prepared and put it in the oven at 180 ºC for about 50 minutes.
-Once the chocolate cake is cooked in the blender, let it rest with the oven ajar for about 10 more minutes then take it out, unmold it and let it cool on a rack.
While the cake cools, you can prepare the topping to taste.
