Ingredients:


1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk


1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened


⅓ cup lemon juice


1 tsp vanilla extract


1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust


1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling


Instructions:


1. Prepare the Filling:

In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, softened cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.


2. Fill the Crust:

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust. Spread it evenly with a spatula.


3. Chill the Cheesecake:

Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 5 hours, or until set. Avoid freezing, as the texture may become too firm.


4. Add the Cherry Topping:

Once set, spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the top of the cheesecake.


5. Serve and Enjoy:

Slice and serve chilled. This no-bake cheesecake is perfect for any occasion!
